Terms of Service

Effective July 28, 2026

These terms govern your use of KidSync, operated by Nando Labs LLC ("KidSync", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

What KidSync is

KidSync helps you discover kids' activities near you and manage your family's schedule around them. Activity listings are gathered from public provider websites and verified against public Google business information, but providers, not KidSync, run the activities: registration, payment for activities, supervision, and safety are between you and the provider. Always confirm details with the provider before registering.

Accounts and subscriptions

You must be an adult to create an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. KidSync is a paid subscription of $20 per month, billed by our payment processor. You can cancel any time in Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period and no further charges are made.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no scraping our catalog, no reselling access, no attempts to access other families' data, and no unlawful use. We may suspend accounts that do these things.

Disclaimers and liability

KidSync is provided as is. We work hard to keep listings accurate and links working, but we do not guarantee any listing, schedule, price, or provider, and we are not liable for what happens at an activity. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy are part of these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be noted here with a new effective date and emailed to account holders. These terms are governed by Idaho law. Questions: support@kidsync.com.
