From your address to your calendar

Tell us about your family
Add your family profiles and home location, then choose how far you are willing to drive. You can adjust your location and activity filters as your plans change.
Step 2
Find activities that fit
Browse sports, arts, camps, music, STEM and swim. Filter by location, age, interests and dates, then check the provider for current availability and registration details.
Step 3
Register with the provider and plan your week
Follow the registration link to the provider. Review the activity details when adding it to your family calendar, and choose the reminders that help you plan.

Know the details before you book
KidSync brings activity details together to help you compare your options. Schedules, prices and availability can change. Confirm the details on the provider's registration page before booking.
Age and eligibility
Check age, grade, birthday and other participation rules with the provider.
Dates and meeting times
Confirm the session dates, meeting days, start and end times, and any excluded dates.
Registration and availability
Use the provider link to check open spaces, waitlists and the registration deadline.
Location and format
Check the meeting address and whether the activity is in person, online or overnight.
The full price
Confirm what the listed rate covers, including any extra fees, discounts or eligibility conditions.
What your child needs
Review supervision, equipment, accessibility and any preparation required by the provider.

Distance based search
Choose a home location and travel radius to find nearby activities. You can change your search location as your plans change.
Real Google reviews
See Google ratings and a selection of reviews when they are available for the matched provider. Follow the Google link for more.
Connected calendars
Connect supported Google or Apple calendars in Settings. Choose your calendars and check sync status to keep track of imported and shared events.
Deadline reminders
Choose reminders for upcoming registration deadlines. An activity needs a known deadline before KidSync can remind you about it.
A profile per child
Each kid gets their own profile, ages, and schedule, so one swim class does not clutter the other one’s week.
Share with a friend
Send any activity by link. The other parent can open it and see the same details you did.
Safety and privacy
Choose what you share
Manage your family profiles in Settings and review the information you share through connected calendars, reminders and the browser extension.
- Parents manage child profiles, including optional health notes, and can edit or remove them in Settings.
- Connected calendars and reminders send selected planning details to outside services. Review any personal information you type into event and task text.
- Extension scans send the page text you review to KidSync and Anthropic. Remove personal details before scanning. Autofill shares selected values with the provider website.
- Account deletion runs through a cleanup process. Shared plans and copies already delivered to calendars or messages can remain. Review the deletion details in Settings before confirming.
