How it works
From your address to your calendar
Three steps. You do the first one once, and the rest is browsing.
Step 1
Tell us about your family
Your home address, how far you are willing to drive, and an age for each child. Pick a radius from 5 to 100 miles (25 is the default). That is the whole setup.
Step 2
Browse only what is real and open
Sports, arts, camps, music, STEM, and swim, all inside your radius. Every listing has been verified, the registration link has been tested, and the Google reviews are right there. Sort by soonest, most popular, or newest.
Step 3
Register, and it lands on your calendar
Register takes you straight to the provider. When you come back we ask if you signed up, and if you did we add it to the family calendar with the details filled in, then remind you before the next deadline.
What makes a listing trustworthy
Nothing shows up here until it passes every check
Most activity sites are a pile of scraped links. Half are stale, half go nowhere, and you find out after you have already opened six tabs. KidSync runs every listing through an automated pipeline first.
Actually for kids
A relevance check drops anything that is not a children’s activity.
Happening now or later
Current or future dates only. Finished sessions and expired camps are removed.
The registration link works
We open the link and test it. If it is broken or goes nowhere, the listing does not run.
A real business behind it
Matched to a real Google Places listing with at least one real photo of the place.
No duplicates
The same program posted in three different spots gets merged into one listing.
Complete details
Missing a required field means the listing is held back, not published half empty.
Reviewed by other people
By default you only see businesses with 5 or more Google reviews. You can widen that if you want to.
Anything that fails a check is logged and never shown. We would rather show you fewer activities than send you to a dead link on a Saturday morning.

Send any activity by link. The other parent can open it and see the same details you did.

Your kids’ details stay yours
Parents hand over a lot to sign a kid up for something. We treat that as a responsibility, not as data.
